Something Fishy

The challenge painting for next week is the koi, so I decided to take advantage of a slow afternoon and try my hand at it. That way, if I hated it, I’d have time to paint it again.

I don’t hate it.

Like most of the tutorials, there are things I would do differently if I painted it again. But overall the image conveys the concept of koi quite nicely, so I am happy.
